WORKING BEE
Saturday 24th November – From 7:30am

The 2019 Season is looming closer, and before we close over the Christmas period the Club need to do a bit of end-of-year cleaning and maintenance to get us ahead of the game for next year.

We kindly ask that all Lions players and members come down to the clubhouse for a 7.30 start to get cracking on this.

To give you a rough idea of the work we will be doing;

– clean out of changing rooms
– re-organising store rooms, so we can re-order new equipment for next year
– tidying of bar, kitchen, and clubhouse area
– fixing fence around main fields
– general gardening and tidying of trees etc

Many hands make light work, so the more we get the easier it will be, hopefully knocked over in an hour or two…

But if you can only spare a short while, every little helps!

Our new website is now up and running!
Our plan is to have it contain everything you need to live and breathe soccer in Mackay, with the greatest, the most celebrated and decorated club in the region!

Please encourage all players, both Seniors and Juniors, to jump on this website for news and information.

Our Lion Cubs – make sure you head over to the ‘Cub Corner’ – its a great place for the kids to have play and learn.
